Toyota of WF was great to work with on our recent purchase and Scott Lewis is definitely my new go-to salesman. He was patient, respectful, and not pushy at all. He brought a vehicle to us to test drive, which was very convenient for us and was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. We also did the majority of the deal electronically, which was also convenient and saved time of not being at a dealership half a day. Normally, vehicle purchases are frustrating, time consuming, and just overall not pleasant (iykyk). However, Toyota of WF (specifically Scott Lewis and Parker in financing) made the process seamless and convenient. I highly recommend Scott at Toyota of WF and we are very pleased with our purchase.

My experience with Robby Huezo at Toyota of Wichita Falls was outstanding. He made the entire car-buying process simple & stress-free. He never pressured me at any point and was always kind, patient, & professional. He truly went above & beyond. He came to me for the test drive, delivered the vehicle after purchase, and even picked it up and returned it multiple times to have things taken care of that I wanted done - including driving on icy roads - to make sure everything was done right. That level of service is rare & deeply appreciated. All of our communication was through text, and he was always quick to respond, clear, & helpful. I never had to step foot inside the dealership, which was awesome! Even the finance portion (shout out to Parker Ostyn) was handled over the phone, making everything incredibly smooth & convenient. I couldn’t be happier with my experience & my new (to me) RAV4! Everything went smooth, Colby was phenomenal at getting me what I needed for the price and rate discussed, Robert in finance was great at going over it all. Very streamline process.

I came in for an oil change. Joe in service always takes very good care of me. I was finished in a good time. I asked him if I could get my GPS on my screen. He set me up with Chad in sales. Chad was amazingly knowledgeable. He set me up in no time and apologized for the salesman who sold me my car 6 years ago didn’t do this for me. A very pleasant experience. I told him I would remember his name when I come to buy another car and send any friends too. I will continue to come to Toyota of Wichita Falls.

Not even a customer of theirs but we needed help with a vehicle situation as we were driving from Amarillo to Dallas and had vehicle issues. they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My wife and I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership. When we parked, we were greeted in the lot by a staff member who led us to Scott Lewis who we had an appointment with. We then were greeted by all the staff as we entered into the building. Scott offered refreshments and took us to see the vehicle we wanted. Scott wasn't able to answer all my questions personally but he went above and beyond to find someone who could! He grabbed Danny who knew the mechanical side of the car and together Danny and Scott showed us the ins and outs of my now new car! Negotiations were the smoothest they could've been. Best Toyota Dealership in all of Texas!! I went out of town to Wichita Falls, and passed a lot of Toyota dealerships. I was looking for a 4 Runner like the one I used to have. I found Toyota of Wichita Falls and had an amazing experience at Toyota Wichita Falls. I saw the 4 Runner of my dreams and Aaron was very professional, caring and he listened to me. I had a great experience with Toyota of WF. Ramon aka "Moncho" was awesome the whole way through. We talked over and drove multiple vehicles (took me a few months) but when I was finally ready, he got me in the car that I am truly happy with and at a fair price. The finance managers were also awesome, Parker helped to seal the deal and when he was tied up Robert jumped in to help us all the way thru the paperwork. Great experience here. Came to replace my Ford once it hit 100k because I was not wanting to do any more expensive repairs, and wanted a more reliable car company. Didn't really know exactly what I wanted and def didn't expect to get a car on the first day of car shopping, but they happened to have the perfect car for me newly in stock. Aaron Matthews was a great salesman, not at all pushy, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions (and my husband knows a lot about cars, so the questions were not always basic). I love the brand new building and the luxurious bays that allow you to explore a car in the A/C. The manager was very reasonable to deal with, he worked with us on the price and gave us a fair trade in value. Even Parker in the finance department was pleasant to work with. I just love my new car, the grand Highlander hybrid max platinum is so fun to drive and feels much more luxurious than I expected. Lots of power and very pretty car. Would definitely shop here again.

This was easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had! I live 2 hours away and all was done over the phone & Michael was the Oz behind the curtain working on getting a deal! At the lot, Jesse was super friendly and Parker fully explained everything in my finance package, without pressure if force additional add ons. These 3 guys were awesome and made us so comfortable and had great sense of humors. Everyone we came in contact with there was just great.
