“ Ray helped my roommate get into a car back when he was at Grubbs. When he reached out to us about him being at Toyota, We took the opportunity to take my 2019 Nissan Sentra for a optional trade-in and Ray and the sales manager helped me get into a brand new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross. The Customer Service is second and none. The package options are second and none. And I think everybody knows at this point that Toyota’s are built to last. If you go to get a vehicle from them, be sure to ask for Ray and I highly recommend that you do before I actually signing paperwork on another vehicle with anybody else. ”

Thank you Chad Garrett and Toyota of Wichita Falls! ”
“ Crystal in service department will help you to get your tasks done around your busy schedule of the day ”
“ Everyone was very professional. ”
“ Had a quick and good experceience here. Aaron M. was great, A++ He showed me cars that fit my needs and less than 5 min, we were out the door test driving cars. Not pushy, to the point and gave us final purchase numbers before we would come back the next day. If your looking for a car, start here and start with Aaron. ”
“ Could definitely use training on customer service. ”
“ Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Got oil done. Upon departing dealership, I noticed that the tires weren't even rotated. Not very good customer service. ”
“ This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 7:45am which I thought would be great, one of the first in, no wait. Should have been an hour wait tops but it turned into over a TWO hour wait for routine maintenance. The dealership folks are great people and I understand that odd things can pop up. Perhaps investing in a dedicated set of techs (plural) to perform 'quick oil change and tire rotation' would be wise and advantageous for both the dealership AND loyal customers. My husband and I both own Toyota trucks, the only brand we have now. We love them. Two hours + wait is too long for routine maintenance. ”
